In Celebration of His New Life
Jeff Kohagura O’Brien
May 21, 1969 – August 28, 2020
“Yogi Bear”

Of Dededo (formerly of Agat) was called home by our Heavenly Father at the age of 51.
He will be greeted at the gates of heaven by his Mother: Shizuko K. O’Brien,
Father: Dominic S. Gastones, and Son: Justin M. O’Brien.

His memories will forever remain in the hearts of his
Common-law Wife: Julie A. Quitaro

Children & Spouses (Grandchildren):
Jonah, Jennifer O’Brien & Chelce Calvo, Jayton, Joven, Jersey, Jeremy;
Gary & Maricris Siguenza (Ryker Zayne, Rylan Zavior, Kayla, Cassidy, Jaden, Lachel);
Gaylene & Andy Gibson

Brother/Sister, Spouses & Children: Fujiko & Isao Yoshida (Toru, Ryoji, Mika);
Mike O’Brien & Arlene Diaz

Closest Nephews/Nieces, Spouses & Children: Junior & Perinne O’Brien (Malachi, Ezra,
Nehemiah); Kristi Naydeen O’Brien & Gorge Taijeron (Precilla, Gorge II, Athena); Naomi
O’Brien & Tito Limon

He will also be missed by numerous Pari’s, Mali’s Godchildren, & Friends.

Funeral services will be held on September 17, 2020 at ADA’S Mortuary in Sinajana from
9:00 am – 11:00 am. Burial will follow at Our Lady of Peace Memorial Gardens in Windward
Hills.
