Formerly of Agana Heights, was called to his eternal rest on September 10,2020 at the age of 79.

He now joins his Wife: Mariana Charfauros Manley, Son: Steven Francis Manley, Parents: Enrique Manley and Antonia Quenga Manley, Siblings: Frances Manley Camacho, Anthony Manley, and Asuncion (Chong) Manley Quichocho.

Last respects will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2020 at ADA’S Mortuary in Sinajana from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm. Burial will follow at Guam Windward Memorial in Windward Hills.
