Jesus Castro Duenas

We mournfully announce the passing of Jesus C. Duenas, 81, of Mangilao, whom many
of us knew as “Erro or Jesse.” He passed away on March 16, 2022 while in the care of
Guam Memorial Hospital.

Jesus was born on December 12, 1940 to his late parents, Antonio C. & Ana C. Duenas.
In Eternal Life, he also joins his wife, Kay (Keiko) Duenas; his siblings and in-laws, Vicente
C. & Josefina Duenas, Antonio C. Duenas, Francisco C. Duenas, Maria & Art Edquid,
Frank Dominguez.

Jesus’ love and memories will live on in the hearts of his family. He is survived by his
siblings and in-laws, Luis & Rita Duenas, Pedro & Teresita Duenas, David & Faith Duenas,
Joseph & Kathy Duenas, Anita D. Dominguez; his children (Grandchildren), Jae Anna &
Walter (Sophia Lynn), Jay Donovan, and Jesus (Jesse-Ann, Alaina, Theo); step Child
(Grandchildren): Tiara (DJ, Damian, Amara); and his reared children, Kristopher &
Tatianna; and numerous cousins, nieces/nephews, and friends.

Everyone who knew Jesus, knew how much he loved to make everyone laugh and he
was always the life of the party. Jesus was a warrior throughout life and a fighter until
the end. He had a brief, but difficult battle with cancer and is finally at rest. Jesus will be
dearly missed and always remembered.

In honor of his request for Cremation and Scattering of Ashes, we will not be holding
traditional funeral services. Our family would like to invite all those who knew and loved
Jesus to join us for a Final Visitation and Memorial Service.
Last respects for Jesus will be held at Ada’s Mortuary in Sinajana.
